 What do you need and how to apply for a rental property?

1. Fill out our rental application 

2. Have your proof of income ready. It can be: tax return, pay stubs or/and bank statements.

3. Find a property you like

4. Ask me to submit your offer

5. If accepted, read and sign the lease of the landlord

6. Make a deposit on our escrow account to secure the transaction

7. Apply to the HOA  (Homeowner's Association) 

 On the lease starting date:

1. We meet at the property

2. Bring the homeowner association approval letter

3. Bring the rest of the money due in clear funds (money order or cashier's check)

4. Do a quick walkthrough to check the condition of the place 

5. Finally get the keys!  And enjoy your new place
